NEW SALEM - The Dickinson Trinity boys golf team collected a third-place finish with a team score of 368 at the Red Trail Links Golf Course on Friday, April 28.
“It was a windy day that showed we haven't got to practice much yet, but we’re excited for the future meets,” Titans head coach Jake Selinger said via text.
Trinity freshman Cole Fitterer led the team with a low score of 89. Senior Peter Pavek followed with a score of 92, shooting a 46 on both the front and the back nines.
Eighth grader Tyler Brusseau also finished with a score of 92, shooting a team-low 44 on the back nine.
Brenden Berger, Erik Schwindt and Ethan Hickel all dropped strokes on the back nine, finishing with final scores of 95, 104 and 115, respectively.
