BISMARCK -- Maddy Gendreau and Samantha Harris each notched hat tricks as the Bismarck Blizzard stormed past Dickinson on Thursday.
Both players added three assists as the Blizzard cruised to an 11-4 girls hockey victory.
Laura Maddock scored two goals and assisted on five others for Bismarck.
Christina Lantz scored two goals for the Midgets, but both came when her team trailed by large margins.
Dickinson Kira Kuntz opened the scoring with an unassisted goal 5:11 into the first period. Brittney Meyer gave Dickinson a 2-1 lead with 9:36 to play in the first. After that, the Blizzard took over.

Morgan Williams had 14 saves for the Blizzard.
Ashley Ludwig stopped 21 shots, but was pulled for backup Megan Dukart in the second period. Dukart had 13 saves.
