VIDEO: Dickinson State RB Tray Boone's spectacular TD run makes No. 1 on SportsCenter's top plays

Dickinson State running back Tray Boone had a 2-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter Sunday against Dakota State that not only put the game away, it caught national attention.

Dickinson State running back Tray Boone had a 2-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter Sunday against Dakota State that not only put the game away , it caught national attention.

Boone took a pitch on a sweep to the right side and did a front flip over a Dakota State defender into the end zone, where he landed on his feet.

ESPN's "SportsCenter" made the spectacular moment its No. 1 play of the day Sunday. It topped a list featuring several of the NFL's top plays from Sunday and an incredible soccer goal by international superstar Neymar.

It's the first time the Blue Hawks have made SportsCenter.

Boone rushed for 186 yards and two touchdowns as the Blue Hawks defeated Dakota State 49-30 in the North Star Athletic Association Bowl Game at the Fargodome.

The junior from Los Angeles finishes the regular season with 1,220 yards rushing and 14 touchdowns. The North Star champion Blue Hawks must wait a week to see if they earn a spot in the NAIA playoffs.
