Yoder, Beld lead Midgets at cross country regionals

WILLISTON - Dickinson High cross country runner Brady Yoder finished fifth with 151 points at the Western Dakota Association Cross Country Championships, with a time of 16 minutes and 43 seconds and helped the boy’s team place fifth among nine teams. The girls team placed fourth with 146 points and were led by Symone Beld who placed 12th with a time of 20:06.

Aleigha Villars finished 31st with a time of 21:28 and was immediately followed by Sierra Raatz and Raghyn Murphy who placed 32nd and 33rd, respectively.

Hunter Gregoire and Garrett Hughes placed 38th and 43rd with times of 17:47 and 17:51, respectively.

Bismarck Legacy took home first for the boy’s with 49 points while Bismarck High triumphed for the girls, earning 53 points.
