Development Homes wants two of four lawsuit charges dismissed
GRAND FORKS—Attorneys for a nonprofit housing company that serves people with disabilities want to dismiss several counts of a lawsuit claiming the organization tried to cover up an alleged sexual assault involving two of its clients.
