A motorist who survived Sunday's crash was involved in another crash in March when a vehicle rear-ended his motorcycle and dragged him about 70 yards on a Fargo street, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
The driver, a 28-year-old man from Maxbass, was ejected from the vehicle. He was not wearing a seat belt, the North Dakota Highway Patrol said.
The crash happened when a 15-year-old Bismarck boy was driving east in a truck through the intersection of East Century Avenue and Ontario Lane.
